How do I sign up for service?
It's easy. Simply come by our office before 4:00pm and complete a one page
form (this is not a contract). Be sure to know what Operating System
is on your computer. You can be on the net today!

Are there any additional costs?
No, there is no additional charge. Your e-mail and Internet connection is in one package,
one price!
Do I have to pay long distance charges?
No, if you live within the Big Spring or Midland/Odessa local calling area, you pay no additional long
distance charges for Internet access.
What if I go away on vacation, can I use the service?
Yes; however, you will possibly incur long-distance charges depending on where you call
from, Check with the ISP in that area for more information.
Can I check my e-mail on vacation?
Yes. From any login account, you can check e-mail and use e-mail. Check with the local
access provider in the area you are in to determine how to access our e-mail account from
their servers.
What settings should I use for my e-mail?
Incoming Mail Server: mail.crcom.net
Outgoing Mailserver: mail.crcom.net
Account Name/Username: Your username.
