THE ANSWER TO LIFE'S GREATEST QUESTION

YOU CAN RECEIVE JESUS INTO YOUR LIFE

God loves you and has provided a way for you to receive Jesus into your life.

The Bible in John 3:16, says,

"For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life."

But there is a problem that stands in the way!

YOUR PROBLEM IS SIN

God makes the charge that all are sinners.

The Bible says in Romans 3:23, "For all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God."

The result of sin is an awful consequence!

THE CONSEQUENCE OF SIN IS DEATH

Which means eternal separation from God and an eternity in hell.

In Romans 6:23a, it says, "For the wages of sin is death..."

However, God has provided the remedy for your sin as a free gift.

GOD'S GIFT FOR YOU IS ETERNAL LIFE

Gods gift of eternal life is the result of his love for you.

Romans 6:23b, says, "...but the gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord."

Gods free gift is Jesus Christ.

JESUS DIED FOR YOU

God has shown his love for you by Jesus' death on the cross.

The Bible says in Romans 5:8, "But God demonstrates his own love for us in this: While we were still sinners, Christ died for us."

You must personally respond to his love.

YOUR RESPONSE

You respond to His love when you receive Jesus by believing in His name.

The Bible says in John 1:12, "Yet to all who received Him, to those who believed in His name, He gave the right to become children of God."

If you believe in His name, you will turn to Him; and He will change your life.

YOU MUST REPENT

You turn to God through repentance.

The Bible says in Acts 20:21, "I have declared...that they must turn to God in repentance and have faith in our Lord Jesus."

Repentance means turning from a lifestyle of sin and trusting Jesus as your Lord and Savior.

YOU MUST TRUST JESUS

You trust Jesus when you place your faith in Him alone. Salvation is a gift without human merit.

The Bible says in Ephesians 2:8-9, "For it is by grace you have been saved, through faith; and this not from yourselves it is a gift of God: not of works so that no one can boast."

As evidence of trusting Jesus, you surrender your life to Him.

YOU MUST SURRENDER CONTROL OF YOUR LIFE TO JESUS

You surrender the control of your life by confessing Jesus is Lord and that He arose from the dead.

The Bible says in Romans 10:9-10, "...if you confess with your mouth, Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead you will be saved. For it is with your heart that you believe and are justified, and it is with your mouth that you confess and are saved."

When you confess Him as Lord, you will ask Him to come into your life.

YOU MUST ASK THE LORD TO COME INTO YOUR LIFE

The Bible days in Romans 10:13, "Everyone who calls on the name of the Lord will be saved."

You ask Him to come into your life by praying a sinner's prayer like this:

Dear Lord Jesus,

I know that I am a sinner and need Your forgiveness.

I believe You died on the cross for my sins and rose from the dead.

I turn from my sins and ask You to forgive me.

Right now I invite You to come into my heart and life.

I trust You as my Savior, and I will follow You as Lord.

In Jesus' name,

Amen

YOUR ASSURANCE

If you prayed the salvation prayer,

The Bibles says in Romans 10:13, "for everyone who calls on the name of the Lord will be saved", and in 1 John 5: 12-13, "He who has the Son has life; he who does not have the Son does not have life. I write these things to you who believe in the name of the Son of God, so that you may know that you have eternal life."

Did you sincerely ask Jesus to come into your life? If you did, then Jesus lives in you right now. He said he would change your life.
