Hillcrest Baptist Church serves our Lord Jesus Christ in the community of Big Spring and in the surrounding areas by reaching out with the saving message of Jesus the Christ and the healing Love that God freely offers to all.

Our services begin on Sunday mornings with Sunday School at 9:30 a.m. with classes to accommodate all age groups. There are greeters at each door to assist you in finding the right class for you and your family members. Our worship service begins each Sunday morning at 11:00 a.m. for all to honor Him with praise and adoration. A childrens' church is provided for children fifth grade and under, with the gospel geared to their age group. Additionally, a nursery is provided for pre-school children. On Sunday evenings, our discipleship training begins at 5:00 p.m., with evening worship beginning at 6:00 p.m., to allow additional times of growth and fellowship. Our praise through singing is done in both conventional and modern styles. We believe God receives honor when we sing both the "old favorites" and the newer "praise songs."

Our present worship facility accommodates 400 worshipers, which means that there is room for you and your family. Our Wednesday night service begins 7:00 p.m. This service offers a time of prayer and Bible study.

A prayer group is held each Thursday evening at 7:00 p.m at the Church.

Other services are led at the area nursing homes by our church members during the Sunday morning worship hour to minister to those who no longer have the strength to join in our regular worship service.
